yeah, this guy was being a bit unrealistic, but I explained to him that the light coming from distant objects must pass through the earth's polluted atmosphere. I like to take my time with DSO's, while he had a 5 second look and turned away. I understand averted vision as I literally had an exam on it during biology last week
