Oops, Amazon got it wrong!
I had a purchase arrive from Amazon, only to find the box completely empty!
Still sealed, but just empty.
I have used Amazon for many years and this is the first time this has happened. There notification system left little to be desired in this instance. It had no real way of informing them of this situation. All other situation were covered, but not an empty box. Had to use missing parts, but they insisted then that I return the item with the missing parts. Huh? There was no other choices.
I was wondering if anyone else experienced this?
I believe it is now sorted, but will have to wait and see.
