Finally no jetstream..YAYYYYY! But the seeing just after dusk was still terrible

Pic two....Im not sure what I'm seeing here! Is this actual surface detail?? Same AVI but hand-stacked....Yes, I gave it the
full 'treatment' with the waveletts in registax, which is what I do with every final just to see what I'm going to get....but I've never seen this kind of thing before! (Ignore the bright limb & look at the...detail? or just processing artifacts or whatever??)
