Yes that is the correct file although not exactly sure of the format as yet. I am now using another program to get photographic alignment EQAlign 3 as it is extremely accurate. Alignmster is quick and easy but I have house and fence blocking view below 30 deg. Alignmaster seems to always pick stars that hit the houses. I will use it for field trips though.
