I've had a reconfiguration of my imaging equipment so no longer need this side by side plate. It is a Starstuff EQ-SBS-S-100 plate designed for use with a HEQ5 or EQ6 mount.

The tandem bar has a Vixen dovetail on the bottom and the two mounting plates have Losmandy D type dovetail fittings. The dovetail plates can move independently along the length of the tandem bar making balancing extremly simple.

The tandem bar has some cosmetic marks (from the clamping screws on the EQ6 mount) and a mark on the end as shown in the attached images. These do not impact the functionality in any way.

This is an extremely solid SBS setup to minimise flexure and it is very versatile.
