Oh no! We had a couple of rabbits up until about a year ago, one of them passed away while the other, funnily enough also named Smokey - escaped. The escapee was kept in an enclosure very similar to yours with wire on the ground to stop it from burrowing out, but we had shade cloth over half the enclosure to shade it from the sun - we figure our Smokey somehow got onto the shade cloth and made his way to freedom
