Also depends if they have the item in stock. I placed a phone order last week and was advised, before I made a payment, that there would be a delay as the item would have to be ordered in (not a problem at the moment in northern Qld as we're not expecting to see clear skies for another couple of months
).
I'd go with the advice previously given and phone them. Friendly lot.
