Have not had a problem with ebay or paypal.
I have also used Ali Express on many occasions
On one transaction I paid $732 plus bank fees of course and after a 2 week wait I eventually rang Aus post with the tracking number ...it was for a parcel sent some 2 months earlier for someone elsewhere...???
( with Ali Express the money is not given to the seller until the buyer flags he has recieved the item as advertised...it is kept in Escrow)
Anyhow, I lodged a complaint with Ali Express and after 1 month i got it all back...made a small profit to boot as the dollar had moved...and the sellers shop was booted off their web site.
I was worried but........
