Of course there is more to it!
Governments don't like "the people" they represent to have any control at all. They know what is best for us all.
So, nothing new here.
Politics, by its very nature, is a perverse corruption anyway. Having said that, now I will wait until the "men in black" crash through my door and cart me away.....never to see the light of day again!
