I had a minor hicup once
I ordered something from a chap in Melbourne and he despatched it the same day. 10 days later It had not arrived I emailed him and he said it had definitely been posted (only a small package of second hand goods)
but he immediately refunded my money. (paypal)
Two weeks later the goods arrived. I mailed him a cheque. I also found out it was someone I knew and bought some more goods off him. This time they arrived in two days.
