Hi Luis

The standard wedge is definitely under rated for a 12" LX. Besides the larger spread of the arms would need a modified mounting plate. I have modified a standard wedge to suit a 10" LX but it would not be stable enough for serious photography.

If you have plenty of scrap steel and can weld you could use the basics of the one I built for My LX200 12"
