Leon, I had the same problem with Big Pong after going across to them late last year. I am adsl2+ and in the afternoon and evenings I was getting dial up speeds. They came up with all sorts of excuses, but in the end it was obvious that they just did not have the bandwidth. I went back to my original provider and now getting regular 900kbps where I was lucky to get 125kbps with Big pong. Considering my current provider is out of the same exchange as Telstra, it says a lot about the state of their equipment, or lack of. Wont go back to them again. At least now when I ring my provider, I get someone who can speak fluent English and lives in Australia. Bollox to Big Pong....
