Have to agree with Scott about Televue. I've read many posts where people are asking if the extra cost is worth it. Even with my aged eyes I would definitely say yes. As an example, a few nights ago I compared viewing Jupiter with a University Optics orthoscopic, two long eye relief planetaries and a TV Ethos of similar focal length. The TV gave the brightest and clearest views despite being multi-element and 100 degree AFOV. A couple of high quality eyepieces and a powermate are all I need most of the time.
