Registered post is a suck hole excuse, everything would be more streamlined if all parcel where registered. I think it is an excuse to allow parcels to go missing.
The site i go to for unclaimed goods -
www.auctions.com.au - although the contracts come up for tender every so often and the auctioneers change so I keep an eye out for all of them.
