Get a Canon T-Ring adapter, contact Bintel and they will be able to help you get the parts to attach your camera to the scope, it is inexpensive and you will get a way way better result. Grab one of the very cheap Bahtinov masks to improve your focus (look in the classifieds section here on IIS)
Then you can look into stacking a few images etc.
