Pretty good result on the moon there. Can't give you to much advice on that method except the sooner you can stop hand holding the camera the more hands you will have to do the other stuff. Others will came to your help. A quick 'levels' in Photoshop brought out your Jupiter a bit more but there is not much data to work with in that shot.
