Ice, Im about 1.5 hrs north of koolang up round maitland way, but over the last few years i seem to have spent a large amount of time in that area fighting fires (Im a member of the RFS) so Im well versed on its location and the great dark skies it has there.

A word of warning though, the combination of astronomy and RFS will wreck the rest of your life - spare time = zero. I'm in Woodford Brigade in the Blue Mountains what mob are you with??
