Maybe Comet Lovejoy will make imagers of all of us, of sorts
. Here is one of my efforts taken on the 29th Dec from home with my Canon 500D and 18-55mm kits lens on a tripod, single exposure 30sec f5.6 ISO 3200. Noise reduction and levels done in Photoshop. I never thought I'd be starting a thread in the astro images section of IIS, but this was hard to resist.
