The comet is fully risen (tail & all) for Victorians as I write this (9:45pm), or more correctly it hasn't set yet! The comet 'head' will scrape just below the southern horizon later on tonight, but by tomorrow night it will be circumpolar (ie it won't rise or set).
It has become a difficult object to see unless you have dark skies, and the best views will remain the morning ones as the brighter part of the tail climbs higher in the sky. Moonlight will start to affect evening views too.
