Hi Jason,
Ah-hah! Excellent that you're using the 50mm. Would love to see your scans.
What film are you using? I've just been gorging on Velvia 50. I'm dying to do some portraiture so have ordered another back to stick some Astia (I'm buying the last remaining stock on eBay) and probably some XP2+.
I thought about going the RB route, but, had some money to throw around so got the RZ.
It's almost impossible to find the AE finder on eBay. I will give KEH a poke.
Also, is that a Lee holder system? I handhold mine. Are good quality polarisers available for those gorgeous lenses? All my 35mm stuff is typically shot with a polariser.
And, yes, there is an RZ-specific 50mm UL-D lens. I can also use the vast majority of the RB lenses, too. The RZ 50mm floating element lens gets such great reviews, I have to have it. After that will be the 180mm f/4.
There are two 50mm and 65mm versions for the RZ. Both with and without floating elements. The stuff I've seen with the 50mm UL-D is crazy beautiful. All their lenses have such pleasing bokeh, too.
As for digital backs, a 33 megapixel Sinar is up on eBay for $6.5K at the moment... I'm crying.
Cheers for the heads up, Jase. Appreciate it.
