Cheers Darrin, the dark cloud @ low left rained over 10 mins after the shot, has cleared here quite well today !

Hi Analog6, Yep, I had a normal tripod for the 2nd camera but it was way too windy up high as I had a barricade to shoot over, so the heavier C8 fork mount was the only 'G O' ! and the dark cloud to the lower left of my image was the culprit for the rain event, got me too : )
I only used ISO 800, as long as the lens is inbetween 15-30 odd mm, then the longer exposure, say a minute should Not create too much star trailing ? All the best
