Hi Phillip, focus looks pretty damn good to me.
You're using the LPI though aren't you? If so I'd expect it requires different capture settings to the typical Toucam ones. If you are using the autosuite software and capturing frames as individual BMPs, FITS, JPEGS, etc, you might want to give K3CCD tools a try as it allows you to capture avis for process in registax.
