Registax Rotate button + processing questions

Hi all,

How on earth do you use the rotate feature on the Align tab in Registax?

I took 100 shots of Orion last night and they suffer from field de-rotation; the centre stars remain spot on, but everything else rotates.

Is there a way to eliminate this by using that Rotate button?

At what point is the button used? Is it the first thing to do? Or align first and then rotate? I have no idea! I've been pressing it first, choosing the two alignment points but then I'm not sure what to do? Do I press Limit or Align?

Another question -- I took:

20 x 15 sec. @ ISO-100;
20 x 15 sec. @ ISO-200;
20 x 15 sec. @ ISO-400;
20 x 15 sec. @ ISO-800;
20 x 15 sec. @ ISO-1600;

Should I use Registax on each of the ISO's individually, and then stack the final five images? Or throw all 100 images in the one directory and process them all in one go?

Apologies for all the questions, but I think I'll have an amazing image if these questions can be answered!

Regards,
Humayun
