[astroron (Ron)]

I have just got my computer back with anew hard drive and I cannot download the latest Flash Player
I follow all the instructions then when it comes to installing the download it gets to 12% then times out
I have tried different downloads from the net plus from the site which says I need to download flash player and it still gets to 12% then stops.
I had version 10.11 on my computer but the computer said it was not there so I uninstalled version 10.11 thinking it would down load the latest version but to no avail
