Light pollution
Good idea Peter.
But I suddenly thought of an even better one,seeing we are all affected by light pollution and we have close to 900 or is that 1000 members on Iceinspace it should be a simple matter of getting say 'at least' 100 members to send an e-mail ( I do have the owners e-mail address) to the owners of the sign with a few polite words describe why they should either turn off the lighting or minimise the light output of the sign.
All for it?
