If it is anything like mine, you will get absolutely nowhere. I had a problem with a street light and the council said "tough". But after getting it touch with my local member of parliament, things did happen and I finally got something done. It is shielded now, yippeeee
Yes, contact your local authority first, if no luck, contact you member of parliament. Might get a better outcome.
