Star Wars.. has to be star wars.. and yes, even the new ones.. I know the story line doesn't match the originals, but it's still star wars.. it still gives me tingles.. especially in #1 when Darth Maul and ObiWan and Quigong have their fight in the hangar..
It's the music that makes that film.
Contact was excellent.. The Dish is a great film, even though it's not sci-fi.
I used to be a bit of a trekky.. not a full on trekky with masks and dress up costumes or anything
But I did used to watch them when I was a teenager with a small telly in my room, staying up late watching the next gen series, and I just loved watching the original series as well..
The fight scenes and special effects were hilarious! I loved how a pinch to the shoulder would take down anyone!
