Science and Speculative Fiction for me.
Space Opera in particular.
The only "romance" I read is Jane Austen, and even then, it's not so much the romance as the character sketches she makes. (her work never stales)
That said, I'm working my way through the Harry Potter series atm, with a little bit of Richard Dawkins on the side as a mid book snack.
