Really did not expect anything from this eclipse,so a real bonus.Finally-a result from all my investment in a 'combat ready' observatory,just attached camera,switch some power on,and rolled the roof off-and away!
First time I really used my external power supply for 50D,(Thanks Brendan
)Really just so good not to have to worry about battery
power.Makes things all that little bit easier.
Hope you get a chance to have a long sleep DT,that's a heavy work load there,and all the concentration that goes along with that job,you would certainly need a good sleep.
Still not sure what time was max eclipse.
