I have an auto-tracking Skywatcher 10" Dob and have recently added a Synscan hand controller to make it goto. The problem I have if that the azimuth motor runs but the mount seems to slip as it is rotating, thereby apparently losing alignment.

Can anyone suggest how I might fix this "slip"? Is it a function of getting the nut at the correct tension under the base of the mount?
