My NG 127's focuser is horrible !!! its like its full of sand and dieing of thirst ( DRY) . I have had it apart 3 times now ., cleaned it inside , re lubed it with white lithium grease , and tried every combo of adjustements and then some and it is either grumbly and the 10 to 1 works or smooth on the main knob and the 10 to 1 wont work
, there is no happy medium .
I bit the bullet and brought Gary's FT3035 that was for sale here , and it should be here next week , Beautiful $$$$ focuser.
I will get the origonal working better tho,
if its the last thing I do , such
shame as the rest of the scope is Really nicely made and performs so well .
