Forgot to add that I had my clip in IDAS LPS filter sitting over the sensor too. Too many variables for reflection possibilites (although the LPS was still in place with the no reflection/no reducer image).
The Tarantula pic was taken with the reducer in place without any reflections too - no bright stars to complicate things I suppose!?
