I like the rosette too. I want to do a wider and deeper field to see how far the two extensions go. Maybe fit the cone in the same field too.

Dust, Ha, all the same to me. While Fred is busy pestering you I might slide in a few M42s of my own (or get a can of Mortein). I got really only one sub on the chook. All other fours were sky flats. I left it a bit too late. I see what you mean about the orientation. Will revisit when I have more data.

If I get a chance to get away I'll do some more color yeah, definitely but clear nights are scarce. I'm looking forward to the moon eclipse and try to do something then from Crago. I should be back 100% with my mount in the next couple of weeks so I'll try to escape to Ilford next new moon. How did you and Richard go at the house? Any luck?
