I have a DBK41 and had exactly the same problem. I captured Jupiter nicely only to process it a few nights later and found it was BW.
In IC Capture, simply ensure you are not using Y800 in the "Device Settings/Video Format". Select YUY2 instead. Then in the "Record Settings/Video Compressor", ensure Y800 is NOT selected. This is what gives you the black and white (well at least on my computer anyway
