Moonlite Motorised SCT Focuser
Moonlite SCT Focuser to suit scopes with standard 2 inch SCT threaded visual back (i.e. Meade 8 inch & Celestron 8 & 9.25 inch) plus DC Servo motor and Rigel nFocus hand controller.
Comes with two drawtubes:
a. standard 0.75" travel low profile 2" drawtube with 1.25" adapter
b. 0.9" travel 2" drawtube with 3 thumbscrews & brass compression ring
One part flange with separate threaded ring that screws onto the rear thread of the SCT, meaning the focuser can be rotated.
Great for fine focus of your SCT without mirror shift or vibration of the scope at high magnification. DC servo motor can be controlled by FCUSB module from Shoestring Astronomy to allow computerised focusing. I have used FocusMax successfully with this focuser through my AP mount.
