I had a go at your image as well, I wanted to keep as much of the colour as you picked up, but I think Ivo did a much better job than I did.
I'll up it here anyway as an example of how different a look you can get messing around, and that is with just your single jpeg you uploaded here, with the raw data you could go nuts.
