HI Markaus,
the images you posted are jpegs.If you can save them as BMP in registax there will be more data for me to manipulate.You cant really do much with jpegs in registax.
You want to capture about 1 minute worth of video.Jupiter rotates every 9 hours so if you capture for much more than 1 minute you will get some rotation between the first and last images.What telescope are you using? Is you camera color or black and white? Are you using color filters?

I have mono cameras and I use a filter wheel to capture a red,green and blue channel.I then process each capture to produce a red,gree and blue bmp. I combine the channels in winjupos or astraimage or photoshop.

I do have a color camera which is easier to work with, but you get less detail with that.When you are starting thoug, a color camera is less frustrating.
