Maybe it's not much use in your tyres but dry nitrogen would be great in your OTA! Cylinders of high purity N are pretty cheap and sets of regulators aren't too too expensive, so owners of premium refractors or catadioptics might even consider this. Owner of truss tube newts wouldn't see any benefit.
