I keep getting the urge to make a 'Pack Down' scope in the 6" range. I've seen some designs that end up being all self contained in the base unit. Handy if you want to travel light but powerful enough to be useful. The PortaBowl idea is another version or option.
If I can pick up a cheap 6" mirror or old newt I wil give it a go, I like the idea of designing something with a goal in mind. In the meantime the little 80mm Achro is my grab and go.
