that is a location dependent issue
I used to live in the middle of perth. same thing the 10" would pick up enough light pollution that everything was shot after about 2 minute subs
but my new place me and my mate measured the skies here at 21.5 if i remember correctly which allows for 10 min colour shots not a issue.
