Its important to have the correct make tow bar to the car in question.Saves a lot of hasseles.I bought a newish Avalon 2 years ago,and made sure I got the correct tow bar etc-cost a bit-$600,but its nice to know its all proper,and not likely to fall apart at midnight towing a boat home from the beach.Does not get used much-but nice to know its the proper one.
