Thing that turns me off watching these sorts of series is they never have an end and become essentially soapies ala Lost, Prison break etc the story just rolls on and on and becomes silly and annoying, may as well call it Home and Away or Neigbours in sci fi
I would prefer they were a proper mini series with a beginning and an end - maybe just a few episodes or so..?
