I'm a serious Heinlein fan. I read his entire body of work every year. His juveniles are great fun "Have Spacesuit...Will Travel" being my favourite.

All easy to read and quite thought provoking too.
He was the Dean of Science Fiction during the Golden Age. Up there with Asimov and Clarke. He transitioned well into the Space Era. Sure his science is dated, but for a jolly Space Opera, you can't go past him.
