Iinet gave us months of hell. Little or no working internet and VOIP unuseable. Nearly a phone call per night for weeks on end and no joy.
Telstra then found the fault day one, fixed it and we have had good, reliable service every since. The extra cash has been worth it compared to the nightmare we had with iinet.
