Hmm interesting prospect.
Given you only have one night, considerations would be
1. Ability to collect sufficient data in the one sitting to complete an image or two. Which might indicate brighter targets
2. A target that passes close enough to the zenith to maximize your resolution
3. A target which will frame itself within your chip to be of sufficient interest.
4. Something you will be pleased to frame upon your return.

If it were me I would consider all the above, and it may well be the target will select itself.

What's the FL , f ratio of the scope and what chip will you use to image.
