Hi Peter, had a look and your flat is way way too bright. The center brightest pixels are well over 30000ADU. For this type of camera 9000 - 10000 ADU is the ball park. Try shooting flats about a third of the illumination you've got now and it's going to work no problem. The bias is fine. The over correction is not too bad. I've done way worse.
