Amazing! I witnessed the same last night.
I too was using my 550D to capture, although I only had tiny little white dots - I assume the 5x powermate gave you the zoomed/clarity?
How do these work? Do you slip them in the end of the projection tube and then in to the eyepiece? Looks like a worthwhile investment... do these work with Newts (concerned about being able to focus in the Newt) /newbie
