Thanks for your input.
I try to but sometimes I have placed in one of the others, can that cause such an issue?
I rebooted again and the message has not re-appeared now for some time. Weird never seen it before and now can't get it back.

If you can't get the error back it sounds suspicious to me that some is hacking in I hope I am wrong without being there to see it happening it is difficult to say. Do you have a local IT mate that can help.
next time it happens I would use the problem setps recorder tool included in Win 7 and send the output to telstra
