if you check out the following link you will find that a 49 year old French woman sued her 52 year old french husband for divorce. the judge granted the divorce and fined the husband 14,000 ($?).
the reason for the divorce and fine was that the husband was not engaging in love making and in France for a married person to not have sex is both a crime and a reason for divorce.
