A really nice Tarantula Louie. You got a nice balance of colours there in your processing as the red nebula can easily be overpowering in this field.
Bummer about the focuser. It seems I have read a string of issues Tak have been having with their focusers on various models. Weird, their excellent focusers used to be their forte.
My FSQ106ED seems to be one of the good ones but I read about several with bum focusers that need adjusting. Usually it is tightening and there is a thread on Tak Uncensored Yahoo group on how to do that. I think I saved it if you are interested. It was the 2 screws on the bottom of the focuser that need tightening in the 106ED. Not sure if its the same setup in the Baby Q.
Perhaps packing out a screw on fitting in the weak spot may work. Spark plug feeler gauges are handy for this. You can get them at SuperCheap auto very cheaply and they are a range of metal fingers of different thicknesses.
